One of the first workout plans that I made mostly on my own. Heavily based on the plan Vaki and I used when I was just getting into lifting. An excellent intro to lifting in general but way too much volume of accessories. Really good if you have all the time in the world but probably a bit extra otherwise.
Fully the hardest program I have ever tried to run. I do not recommend it at all. Note that the exercises in here are some of the best, and the training ideas here are really strong.
